What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any complaints about our products that did not meet your expectations.
During the Warranty Period, Kaylaan will offer you a full refund on your purchase or the exchange of the products.
This includes the shipping cost.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Kaylaan is 20 days from the date of purchase.
After the 20-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem on condition of the shipping box.
